Dear suppliers of IGG,
Thank you for your interest in doing business with IGG group (“IGG”), and we are looking forward to building a long-term successful business relationship with you. IGG is committed to establishing an ethical business culture and maintaining a reputation of honesty and integrity.
To foster a mutually beneficial relationship, we would like to seek full co-operation of our suppliers (including but not limited to suppliers’ senior management, actual controllers, shareholders, employees or other associates) in the following requirements:
(1) Please do not offer IGG employees or their associates (including but not limited to their relatives, romantic partners, colleagues, friends, etc.) any kickbacks or gifts which could be construed as means of inducing business with IGG, including but not limited to cash, gift cards, physical gifts, financial products, hospitality such as vacation travel and banquets, or favors of any kind;
(2) Please do not have any private interest exchanges with IGG employees or their associates, including but not limited to investments, transactions, loans, etc.;
(3) Please do not violate any laws and regulations, including but not limited to, creating fictitious contracts or projects, overbilling, fabricating bidding documents, collusive bidding, infringing intellectual property rights, re-contracting, leaking undisclosed information of IGG’s games;
If a supplier violates any of the above requirements, IGG will terminate co-operation with the supplier. IGG may also take legal action and seek damages or restitution as appropriate. Furthermore, IGG has joined the Trust and Integrity Enterprise Alliance. Companies which have been confirmed engaging in corrupt behaviors will be included in the List of Dishonesty shared among the over 600 member enterprises of the alliance, and the enterprises may refuse to work with any dishonest companies on the list.
Any supplier who believes that any employee of IGG, or anyone acting on IGG’s behalf, has engaged in solicitation of bribes or otherwise improper conduct, can report the matter to IGG management.
